Todd founded TLP Software 10 years ago and has over 20 years of experience in software industry. The company has grown from a startup to the market leader in mobile software development for the retail energy market with almost 6,000 tablets deployed, processing over a million transactions annually.

Todd’s day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing all facets of sales and marketing, product development as well as the day to day operations of the Company. Todd works closely with the development and operational staff to make sure every customer’s needs are met.

Nick is a market leader and innovator in mobile application, client server, and middleware system development. Nick has more than 20 years of experience in software development, design and consultancy with Fortune 500 companies.

An accomplished consultant, software architect and designer, his vision and foresight have been the driving forces in mobile software market behavior. As a partner and CTO, Nicholas has grown TLP Software from a startup to an industry leader in the energy mobile development space.

Sudip has been with TLP for over 5 years and has more than 20 years of experience as a software developer in technology fields such as energy, finance, healthcare and security.  At TLP, Sudip spends most of my time architecting and overseeing cloud based mobile solutions. He is keenly interested in client satisfaction and user experience and architects his products to meet all of his client’s needs.

Josh started with TLP over 5 years ago as a contractor and transitioned into a full-time role after completing his MBA at Oxford University in 2017.  Josh lives in Virginia and runs TLP’s Arlington office. Josh heads up all of TLP’s cloud-based reporting tools as well as our Advanced Verification, LLC division which focuses on third part verification (TPV). 

AVL has grown from a start-up just over 18 months ago to a TPV company processing tens of thousands of TPV’s a month.  Josh was instrumental in creating TLP’s industry leading “widgets” where customers can create their own personal reporting packages on the TLP portal as well as TLP’s Agent Portal – a one-stop shop for onboarding agents.

Alex has been with TLP for almost 8 years.  In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing all facets of TLP’s daily operations.  Alex is intimately involved in everything from project management, to our helpdesk to working closely with the developers to make sure everything at TLP runs like clockwork.  Alex also works closely with our CEO on strategic decisions for the business as well as managing key relationships with certain vendors.   

Jim has been in customer service for over 30 years. His experience alongside his understanding and caring for his customers gives them the confidence and assurance not often felt in this fast-paced technical world. Currently, Jim is running a team of highly skilled technicians maintaining all aspects of customer needs. While Jim’s main directive is running customer support (otherwise known as the “Helpdesk”), Jim and his team screen calls and emails from sales agents all the way up to CEOs of companies in an effort to make their service experience as seamless and satisfying as possible.

Jim is involved in most facets of TLP –  working closely with all its players both inside and outside of the company. One might say he’s a professional hat wearer! The familiarity Jim and company achieve with their customers along with the professional approach and detail towards every issue puts them in another league when it comes to customer care.
